Always keep a glass or bottle of water near you, and drink from it regularly.
Sounds easy but I find it so hard to remember to drink it!

I am still in disbelief but my doctor told me not to exceed 1.5 liters in liquid, water included and give me water pills, yes, I suffer from water retention and I sometimes have to gargle the water when I'm thirsty and not swallow it. lol

I know I don't drink enough water in the day. This will be a good challenge for me.
ReplyDeleteI am bad at drinking water each day -- I always have a flavoured water in the morning and then a glass of water at lunch --- that's all. I really need to drink more water -- a perfect challenge to take on.
ReplyDeleteI usually drink a lot of water but lately I've been lazy. I've started buying bubbly water because I like that better. I'll go and get a glass now.

Yes, I drink my water... 6 to 8 glasses a day.
ReplyDeleteRead something in a health book recently about drinking 16 cups per day! I must admit, I'm lucky if I manage half that amount. But apparently, it makes you feel super and your skin really benefits as well.
ReplyDeleteI used to try to chuck down my bottle often, but now I keep forgetting :-)
