Whether you like precise application or a sheer wash of colour, shadow sticks are the quickest way to achieve an

Do you have a primer preference? I've been using the primer from Urban Decay and I'm not sure I'm loving it. I've also used MAC Paint Pots and a few of the Maybelline Color Tattoos as eyeshadow primer and I don't mind those. Thoughts?
ReplyDeleteI use the UD PP but I also like the Stila Prime Pot. One I've been meaning to try is the Too Faced Shadow Insurance - I hear really good things about it!
