You use it a bit differently then your usual cleanser - it's applied to dry skin, not wet and you just need a tiny dime-sized amount of product gently massaged into dry skin - rinse well with water and pat dry - and it really does just melt away dirt and makeup!
My skin feels so moisturized afterwards that I've given up moisturizer and moved to a serum instead - this new one from Quo Beauty does the trick:
