Sephora + Pantone Universe Light Flicker Mascara in Nightshadow Blue - part of the
SpectaLight Summer 2013 collection - a volumizing, long wearing mascara that creates defined lashes and uses
pearlescent colour with added dimension to provide dramatic impact and
create a holographic, shimmery lash.
You can see it defines nicely...
but it doesn't do much volumizing and I'm not really seeing anything holographic or shimmery.
If you've been looking for a blue mascara that isn't scary blue and adds nice definition then it's worth looking at - otherwise, you can probably do better.
