Needful Things - Fresh Creme Ancienne Soft Cream

For most of the year my skin has all the true annoyances of combination skin - oily nose and forehead, pretty normal everywhere else. Come winter it goes combination in new and annoying ways - oily nose and forehead, dry everywhere else and super-dry chin. Short of using three different moisturizers I have yet to find a way to make my winter skin happy with just one cream until I found:
