The formula is especially effective because it's pH-balanced - which helps it avoid stripping colour out - and then seals the surface cuticle so that colour pigments are locked in - it's meant to be used for two weeks after colouring along with Phytocitrus Color Protect Radiance Shampoo, then once to twice a week to keep colour rich and create mirror-like shine, leaving hair intensely nourished and regenerated. It works in as little as 5 minutes but I like to slather it on before I take a bath and let it really soak in for 30+ minutes - you won't believe how incredibly soft your hair will feel and how good it will smell afterwards!
