This week I'm obsessed with... Hadaka Blackhead Facial Mask!

Hadaka Blackhead Facial Mask - 50ml - $14.95 - provides for a deeper level of clean as it removes impurities from underneath the skin’s surface, working to expel excess sebum that clogs pores thus preventing blackheads.

The formula is chock-full of natural bioactive ingredients including: activated carbon (bamboo charcoal) - removes dirt and build up and cleanses pores to reveal brighter, fresher and smoother looking skin;

oat extract - creates a protective barrier and promotes the retention of moisture with soothing and healing properties that decrease inflammation and redness;

grapefruit - high in antioxidants, which decrease unwanted signs of wrinkles, provide for relief from discolouration and can brighten the overall complexion of the skin;

vitamin B5 - increases hydration, softness and elasticity as it creates a barrier for water lost through the skin. It contains healing properties and protects and provides relief for itchiness and inflammation as it moisturizes, soothes, heals and regenerates the skin;

rosemary extract - improves overall skin complexion as it targets dark spots and blemishes with its anti-inflammatory properties - reducing redness, puffiness and swelling, as well as healing burns and soothing the skin;

calendula extract - beneficial to dry and damaged skin as it prevents it from thinning with anti-inflammatory properties that promote healing;

vitamin A - stimulates collagen production with antioxidant properties known to treat and prevent acne as well as promote cell turnover and exfoliate dead skin cells to produce new ones.

vitamin E - contains antioxidants that repair skin and help to lighten and smooth, promoting moisture and the regeneration of skin cells; and

citrus peel extract - revives dry and scaly skin as it cleanses and removes dead skin cells from the surface, stimulating new cell growth. It also has the ability to brighten skin.

It's easy to use: just apply an even layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding eye area, eyebrows, hairline and lips - usually most needed in the T-zone area where the skin tends to produce the most oil and where blackheads are visible or commonly found; allow to dry for 20-25 minutes then gently peel off mask starting from the bottom and pulling upwards; cleanse face of any residue with warm water and follow up with your usual moisturizer.

Manufactured in Canada using 100% natural, organic and fair-trade ingredients and available at salons across Canada as well as online at www.hadaka.ca.
