clouds and glass, making these rays damaging all year long and even when it doesn't seem sunny outside - these are also the rays that cause wrinkles and sunspots, making you look older so it's especially important to use a broad-spectrum product with a filtering system reinforced against UVA as well as UVB such as:
La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Melt-In Cream SPF 50 - 100ml - $29.95 - with a comforting, non greasy texture that melts quickly into the skin leaving it soft and velvety.
It's important to note that the SPF number indicates the UVB protection factor and is not a measurement of the time you can stay out in the sun without burning! Just remember that you should apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out in the sun and then reapply every 2 hours - or more often if you are sweating excessively or go in the water!
And while I'm good for applying the cream before I go out, I don't have the time or patience to reapply cream once the 2 hours are up so I always switch to a spray formula to make things quicker and easier.
Also great for layering over other products if you are especially sun sensitive or prone to missing areas with your cream!
Both available at drugstores across Canada.

I've tried their sunscreen products before and they worked really well.
