On a clean face, I just swipe the stick down both sides, nose, chin and forehead and then apply my moisturizer - rubbing it in spreads the foundation around and dilutes it and then I finish with a quick once over with a foundation brush to smooth everything out. But it gets better - then in lieu of a concealer, I use the stick directly on anything that needs some extra coverage - blemishes, dark circles, redness - presto gone - I love this freakin' stick!
