The device looks like an electric toothbrush and uses gentle rotation and a custom designed head with massaging numbs to softly yet effectively stimulate and exfoliate your lips to buff away flakiness and dryness. Use it with the Fabulips Sugar Lip Scrub included in the kit and together they polish, nourish, and condition lips.
It's easy to use, just apply the scrub and gently move the polisher tool across the lips in a circular motion for half a minute - final result is lips that are softer, smoother, and while it's not a plumper, you aren't going to end up with Lisa Rinna lips, it does help out with filling in the little lines which helps make the lips look fuller - and you will not believe how much better your lipstick or gloss will look now!
