Is this waterproof and will it smudge after 4-5 hours? I've been contemplating whether to buy it for a while now and couldn't make up my mind. I have several so-call waterproof mascara that smudges under my eyes after 5 hours wear and it kinda zap my fate in such claims. But from the looks of this, it seems good.
