Sephora wants my firstborn too

Just when I thought it was safe to go back to my mailbox it became dangerous to open my inbox.  You may recall here and here how those evil geniuses at Sephora and their barrage of beautiful holiday catalogues had weakened my willpower and emptied my wallet.  I thought I was safe.  I thought it was over.  I thought they had forgotten about me.  It seems not.  This is what I imagine happened this time:  The malevolent marketing gurus are all hanging out in the Sephora beauty lair and one of them says "I bet Lisamarie thinks we forgot all about her, she was expecting another catalogue and we didn't send one, so she will NEVER be expecting it when we send her a $20 off coupon in her e-mail - mahahahaha!"

Can you believe it?!  The nerve!  So run and check your inbox, you probably got one too! (FYI:  It's $20 off a $35 purchase) And to help you spend it, here are some Sephora exclusives that I suspect we all need.

Tarte - Three Carats mini cheek stain set  - these are brand new, limited edition shades which all shimmer in champagne, rose and deep apricot.  If you haven't tried one of these before, you must!  I especially love that the colour is very buildable, you can go from subtle to drag queen, whatever your predilection may be.  And of course you can never go wrong with a sparkly case!  And at $33, that's only $11 each!

I actually had the chance to stop into Sephora and smell this yesterday.  Cake - Snow Woman velveteen hand creme.  I can best describe the smell as warm milk with a hint of sugar.  The texture was really soft and silky and totally worth the $18 it costs.  Only drawback, I felt compelled to smell my hands all day and people who saw me doing this now think I am insane.

And speaking of milk - why should Santa get all the milk and cookies? Or cookies and milk for that matter.  philosophy  - 'twas the night before wants to make sure you don't miss out.  Keep them for yourself or give them to a (good) friend as a gift.  Use them on your hair, in the shower or in your bath, multi-tasking at its best! $32
