Along with eyeshadow, Halloween is the perfect excuse to buy tiny little chocolate bars - also known as "fun sized"! It is a little known but scientific fact that tiny chocolate bars take more energy to unwrap and consume then they contain actual calories thereby creating a calorie deficit which makes them an excellent way to actually lose weight! Isn't science great?!
