Do you know why many TV shows have warnings like "don't try this at home"? Because of people like me. After watching the latest Dove commercial, I suddenly decided to wash my mirrors with beauty bars, to see if there would be some residues. Just because I can. Well, I'm happy to report that my mirrors are clean! So that's one TV commercial that doesn't need any warning, I guess. In the meantime, I went back to using the Dove bars in the shower, where they belong: it has actually been my family's favorite for a few years!
Next experiment? I need a black light to test the Dove commercial below...hey the bars cost only $2.99: I can do as many experiments as I want, and I can even shower...eventually.

I can see women around the planet trying this experiment! LOL
ReplyDeleteBTW, the second ad is *in* Spanish but is not *from* Spain. The accents are different and this one is from Chile (according to the web) ;)
Thank you Lara! I corrected my post. This is probably why I could understand this commercial :) Although I would not be surprised if many countries had the same commercial and this particular voice over would be from Chile.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I absolutely love your region (I spent a couple of holidays around Alicante), it rocks!

Yeah, the region is great! I guess you stayed in Denia, Javea or Benidorm. You never came up to Valencia?? It's an awesome city, too! *proud moment over*
ReplyDeleteI'd love to visit Canada some day, but I think it's too cold over there and my ideas might just freeze up!! ;)
