Pantless and Shameless: Lady Gaga and Phoebe Price Show You How It's Done!

Phoebe Price's dress is probably the biggest fashion calamity of the year. Seriously. I'm not a fan of ruffles but this takes the cake! Sigh. Some people would do anything to get noticed. Speaking of which.... Lady Gaga managed to wear a dress that should have covered her bottom, but noooo... the slit goes right up to her belly bottom! And let's not forget: her boyfriend was wearing the weirdest leggings. Guys with leggings? No, thanks.

    omg, that ruffle dress is a bit over the top...
    and whats going on with Lady Gaga's dress, omggg it looked so horrible.

    Guys wearing leggings are quite popular in Japan and it's catching up in Asia too...but i'm not a fan of it either!

    yea i agree with jennifer on how it's quite popular in japan and some parts of asia. but im not surprised with lady gaga's bf though. any guy with less of this "unique" sense of fashion wouldnt match up. =P i think this is the prettiest way to describe it haha.
