Katy Perry's Latest Failed Medical Experiment Produced an Ugly Dress

Katy Perry must be blind, I mean how do you explain a boyfriend like Russell Brand (this guy looks dirty...I mean literally!) and how do you explain this nightmare of a dress. The pattern could have been interesting but it's way over the top, it looks diseased and it gives me a headache...just like Katy Perry's "songs". Oh, and the cut of this dress...hahaha! What? The dress didn't get finished on time? I've already told you:"Katy Perry" means "bad taste" in 174 languages. Bleh.
