Leighton Meester named spokesperson for Herbal Essences

I am thrilled to learn that we are going to be seeing more of Leighton Meester starting this summer as the new global hair ambassador for Herbal Essences.  I consider her one of my top style icons - not only because of the fabulous outfits she wears on Gossip Girl, but she also always looks great on the red carpet!  And let's face it, the girl has great hair (even without her headbands) so this gig will be a breeze for her!

    oooh! she does have great hair! and what's better is that it looks like her natural hair (cheryl cole hawking l'oreal shampoo, talking about how it gave her hair its "mojo back" when she wears thousands pounds worth of hair extensions, anyone?)
