After getting lash extensions a few weeks ago, I was totally game to try out individual lashes from Ardell. I was told it was fine to apply them even though I had extension and that they would last ab out a week. She didn't add many, maybe 5 or 6 per eye but you will see in the pictures below what a difference they made! Having had them in for over a week now, a few of them have fallen out and fortunately none of them shed anywhere embarrassing!
Ardell Duralash Starter Kit - $10.49 - comes with everything you need to become a lash goddess!
Before with just my extensions - looks pretty damn good already!
Extensions and a few individual lashes - awesome! And here's easy application instructions:
1. Pour a few drops of LashTite adhesive on a piece of foil.
2. Gently lift a DuraLash from tray with tweezers.
3. Dip end into adhesive.
4. Starting at the center of the eyelid, apply lashes one at a time by placing the lash cluster on top of one of your own natural lashes with the end close to, but not touching, your eyelid.
Go to www.ardelllashes.com for an easy to follow instruction video.
Here's something new if you're tired of messing around with glue - Ardell Brush-On Lash Adhesive - 5ml - $5.19 - latex and formaldehyde free, it can be used on strip and individual lashes - goes on and dries clear for invisible hold.

omg, they look amazing, I'm not a fan of fake lashes, but have always wondered about the individual ones being more natural, they look fantastic, like your own lashes :) xx
ReplyDeleteI really want to try lash extensions, but a friend of mine told me they're not good for you..? Have you heard anything like that?
ReplyDeleteNot good for you how? As long as you get someone who knows what they are doing to apply them, I can't see any way they would be bad for you...
