I have a bad habit of buying useless beauty gadgets. If it has batteries and does something beauty related it has probably lived in my house at some point in time - the facial massager, the nail dryer and don't forget the hair ionizer! Of course the problem with this kind of thing is you use it once or twice and then never touch it again because there is no point in making something easy so complicated! On occasion though, I do get a chance to get my gadget fix with tools that are actually useful and super fun like the new Panasonic Beauty Collection - and of course it doesn't hurt that they're pink...
Heated Eyelash Curler - $39.99 - Featuring a 360-degree rotating comb for a beautiful seamless look, the heated eyelash curler, with jewel detailing, offers three unique styling options, positive rotation – to enhance natural curl, negative rotation – for a dramatic evening look curl, and stationary – utilizing heat to give tired eyes a lift. And to make your life easy, it has an indicator light that lets you know when it is ready to use.
So seriously, this is the most awesome thing ever - I've tried a heated curler before and found it really complicated to use and I seem to recall burning myself with it. No such worries with this one and you will be amazed at how much more of a curl you can get with heat!

The weirdest beauty "tool" I've ever bought was actually a lip lock. It's supposed to seal your lipstick and make it last longer. needless to say, it doesn't work.

I think the weirdest beauty "tool" I ever bought would be eyelid glue/tape - I'm asian and I used to have monolids (not so much anymore) - so eyelid glue or tape was the only way to go before =)
