Avon gets Jon Bon Jovi "Unplugged" which isn't quite as good as "Undressed" but it will do for a start...!

I sure do loves me some Jon Bon Jovi and soon I'll have a chance to love him even more (if that's possible) it's just been announced that that he's the face of Avon's upcoming “Unplugged” fragrances for him and for her, two new scents that exude passion, soulfulness and intensity.

Apparently Jon is impressed with Avon's charitable efforts - 
“Avon, and the Avon Foundation for Women, have given support and a voice to those in need for decades,” says Jon Bon Jovi. “Their philosophy of empowerment sends a strong message and I’m pleased to partner with them.” 

Jon's no slouch in that department himself, he is also Chairman of The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation. Since 2006, the Foundation has addressed issues that force families and individuals into economic despair and has built 330 units of affordable housing. The Foundation expanded in October 2011 with the opening of the JBJ Soul Kitchen, which serves nutritious, culinary dishes in a restaurant atmosphere to diners who contribute either volunteer hours or a minimum donation for their meals. The Soul Kitchen is housed in a renovated 1,100 square foot former auto-body shop in Red Bank, NJ.

Unplugged for Her is a floral oriental fragrance available in October 2012, and Unplugged for Him is a woody floral musk scent available in November 2012. Both will be sold exclusively through Avon Representatives in Canada.

I have to say though, I'm a little annoyed that Avon didn't ask me to help with the photo shoot... next time, right?!

    I got the email on Avon getting a new face but I didn't read it! LOL. Yay for Bon Jovi, I love him. I listen to him every morning on the way to work. "Always" is always blaring out my car radio haha! I'm going to be buying some of this for my hubby :)

    That's great and interesting after all the female celebrities it is good to see support from a male celebrity Jon Bon Jovi
    And being a rep from Winnipeg Canada for 20 years and a music lover for years--I look forward to promoting Unplugged fragrance soon!

    Can't wait to smell it and think of him. Hopefully it will be the fragrance given out at the pc tribute later this month!
