These products from Clinique and Burt's Bees are the balm! Swatches!

Even on days when you can't be bothered to put on makeup a little tinted balm will give your look some polish that Chapstick on it's own just can't! Here are two that I'm loving now - and if you're not a fan of fragrance, you will especially like my picks:

Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm - $7.99 - in 6 shades: Honeysuckle, Pink Blossom, Tiger Lily, Red Dahlia, Hibiscus and Rose - these 100% natural balms add a hint of colour and tons of moisture thanks to soft flower waxes, shea butter and vitamin E

They look like a regular lip balm so they are very portable but add the shine and the hint of colour that lip balm lacks!

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm - $19 - in 8 new shades: Two Ton Tomato, Pudgy Peony, Mighty Mimosa, Oversized Orange, Heaping Hazelnut, Curvy Candy, Bountiful Blush and Voluptuous Violet - which over that same highly moisturizing formula as the original shades with a special blend of decadent butters, oils and antioxidants that help protect and pamper lips with immediate and lasting moisturization - with shea butter, mango seed butter and jojoba seed oil.

My favourite thing about them, they look like they would need to be sharpened but it's all a scam, they actually twist up and down! I haven't tried any of the new shades so here are a couple of swatches from the original line-up:
