Lise Watier Feline HD Mascara and Lancôme Teint Miracle Instant Retouch Lit-From-Within Perfector are both new items in my makeup bag and I have been loving them both so much I thought it was time to share them with you - and as both products are kind of hard to describe in words, I thought it would be easier to just show you pictures of how well they are working for me!
Lise Watier Feline HD Mascara - my new everyday mascara has me impressed enough to attempt pictures so you can see how it looks! The left hand side has 2 coats - combed out after the first coat. The right hand side is one single coat. You can see in the right picture below what my lashes look like with no mascara. The mascara is meant to be a defining one so it's not adding super volume. Excuse the mismatched liner/eyeshadow, I was taking pics for that at the same time (it's NARS Celebrate Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in case you were wondering).
Lancôme Teint Miracle Instant Retouch Lit-From-Within Perfector - this is a harder one to show is a photograph properly! To make it as accurate as possible, I used the perfector on the right hand side with no mascara so as not to make it look better then it was. I am wearing mascara on the left eye no perfector. As you can see, the perfector does a nice job hiding most of the under eye darkness. I am not wearing foundation or powder on either side so I think added on top of foundation, it would totally cover everything I want to hide!

ReplyDeleteIs the Feline HD mascara another tubing mascara or not? I'm not a big fan of the tubing mascaras.
I'm really impressed with the Lancome though. It looks really good. I find that these pen format concealers are well-suited for the undereye area because they are super thin and liquidy.
Nope, not a tubing one - this seems to be a love it or hate it kind of thing, I saw lots of bad reviews for it but decided to try anyhow and I love it!

Lancome has a gift with purchase promo on right now & I've been so tempted by it, and now even more so that I see this long named perfector pen. I use their Effacernes concealer & love it but find it a little heavy for my under eye area. Great pics!
