My beauty tip is using salt water when I cleanse my skin. I combine 1/2 teaspoon of natural sea salt with 1 cup of warm water and use it in conjunction with my cleanser. I find it makes my skin extra soft, and helps heal any blemishes I may have :)
I recommend everyone to jog at least an hour a week to keep ourselves looking and feeling young, and so our mind releases endorphins to keep us stress free.

ReplyDeleteMy tip comes form Dr. Schultz, the dermatologist behind dermtv.com: he advises to use SPF everydar with a factor up to just 30. A higher one gives you only a little bit more of protection but, since they tend to be less fluid and comfortable, you're likely to use it less often!
My best tip is drink your 8-10 glasses of water, good for your skin, good to keep you full and not overeat, even good for my allergies.
