Available in stores now and the perfect excuse for buying in multiples - it's not your fault of course, they are sold that way!
Sheida Kohl Powder - $19.95 - in 10 shades: brown, blue, parliament blue, dark blue, dark green, fair green, grey, dark grey, black, dark black - applying it is kind of freaky and a little hard to get the hang of but once you do, it is such an easy way to apply liner!
Make sure there isn't too much product on the applicator by shaking it a little when removing from the bottle. To apply, all you do is place the applicator on the bottom water line horizontally then close your eye and slide it back and forth a few times. Repeat until the colour is as intense as you want. They say not to worry if the applicator or kohl touch your eye - the applicator is antibacterial and the kohl is actually beneficial to the health of your eye because of the ingredients.
If you can't get the hang of doing it that way or you find it too awkward, you can also use it like you would a pencil liner and draw along the waterline with the applicator - I find it makes more of a mess this way but it's easier to control.
Just remember to do this before you put in your contacts and if you're using the second method, do this first before putting on the rest of your makeup so you can wash the excess powder away easier. Removing it is easy, it comes off with water.
