Never tried a wrap? They sound easy enough to apply:
1. Start with a clean, dry nail using an acetone based remover.
2. Push back cuticles, shape and file nail edge.
3. Gently remove surface shine using a nail buffer or smooth nail file.
4. Select the Nail Rock wrap nearest to your cuticle size. This can be trimmed to fit if needed.
5. Without touching the adhesive side of the wrap, place at the cuticle edge and firmly press on the nail.
6. It creases appear, lift wrap slightly and stretch back over the nail. Apply pressure and smooth again.
7. Stretch firmly over the free edge of your nail and use your nail or orange stick to tuck the free edge under.
8. Take a smooth nail file to remove the excess wrap by running file under the nail. Presto, done!
The wraps come in a multitude of colours and patterns - here are a few of my faves: Red & Metallic Gold Moon; Bright Blue, Yellow & Pink Stripes; Pink & Black Leopard; and Metallic Gold and White Mirrored Lace. I'm just sad that the Union Jack wraps in the picture will not be available here! Nail Rock Designer Nail Wraps will run you $10/package with 16 wraps per package.
My only complaint with these is the same as all other wrap brands - I wish they would do a non-standard smaller nail sized package as well - my finger nails are so small that by the time I cut the wraps up enough to fit, they look a total mess!
You normal sized fingered girls enjoy! You can check out all the styles as well as the video at: http://www.ebeauty.ca/Nail-Rock/pages/productresults?nav=N:2045169
