Cargo Cosmetics Spring 2014 Collection

Cargo's spring collection was inspired by a refined afternoon of English high tea and pairs a timelessly effeminate appeal with a modern twist. The look reveals an effortlessly, stunning beauty; universally flattering soft pastels are balanced with deep, rich neutrals that provide gorgeous dimension and shading.

Suited To A Tea Palette - $46 - this limited edition palette was inspired by a lovely afternoon of English tea and includes 12 cream based shadows in a smooth, lightweight formula that last for hours. Featuring soft pastels paired with deeper neutrals that can be worn alone or blended together. And don't feel that you have to limit them to your eyes, go ahead and apply on the lips and cheeks as well!

Of course the packaging whore in me loves the whimsical illustrations of tea-time treats and beauty products the palette is decorated in!
