Fragrant Friday - Simons Eau Contemporaine by Ruby Brown

Simons introduces their premiere fragrance collection created in collaboration with Montreal fragrance designer Ruby Brown and inspired by fabrics and the feeling they evoke against the skin:

Simons Eau Contemporaine by Ruby Brown - 50ml EDP - $50

Available in 3 scents:

Soie (Silk) - an opulent, floral and woody scent with notes of grapefruit, rose, white teas and bergamot.

Coton (Cotton) - an invigorating and fresh scent with notes of mandarin oranges, violet leaves and water jasmine.

Lin (Linen) - a crisp, musky and airy scent with notes of bergamot, cyclamen and lily of the valley.

Normally I would be all over the Soie, I'm a sucker for grapefruit - but I have to admit, I love Lin the best. It's such an unusual scent that it took me awhile, but I finally figured out what it reminds me of - you know the way the air smells when you know there is about to be a big storm, that electric mineral smell - like that - I have been getting so many complementary comments every time I wear it!

Feeling patriotic and green? Then you'll love that the fragrances are all made in Canada, without phthalates or dyes and the packaging and bottles are 100% recyclable!

Available now at Simons' stores across Canada and online at simons.ca.
