With a unique formula that has two phases to maximize the results: the top oil phase is comprised of wild rose oil with 15% vitamin C for the ultimate in brightening and evening skin tone for a smooth, radiant complexion; the bottom water phase is a powerful brightening complex made with natural ingredients to minimize the appearance of skin discolorations.
