Mascara Monday - Nude by Nature Allure Defining Mascara

Nude by Nature Allure Defining Mascara - $24 - in black and brown - intensifies, lengthens and separates lashes with full colour coverage.

It has a good-for-your-lashes, vitamin enriched formula that includes: pro vitamin B5 - to condition, nourish and hydrate, candelilla wax - to soften, protect and repel water, acacia gum - to thicken, help it dry quickly and keep it from smudging, and antioxidants kakadu plum and lilly pilly.

Along with a super-flexible brush - I actually thought I had broken it when I went to put the brush in the tube and it bent all the way over - it's supposed to do that!

I've been doing my mascara posts without using a lash curler so you can get a totally honest look at what the mascara will do and it's obvious from this pic that it doesn't provide any curl - so if you need it (like me) break out your lash curler before/after application!

This is a great mascara for when you want a more natural look, it won't do any sort of thickening and the lengthening is minimal - it's really more for adding colour, definition and nutrition to your lashes!

The formula is on the drier side so it doesn't smudge when applying which is nice but of course that makes it a little harder to layer and build - it's also washable, so easy to get off.
