Here's what's been on me lately:
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Glow Pad Anti-Aging Exfoliating Self-Tanner with Active Vitamin D - 20 towelettes - $37 - Microencapsulated DHA and soy proteins deliver odorless, streak free color deep into skin to prevent fading through surface exfoliation. Alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids penetrate the skin to exfoliate, tighten pores, eliminate blackheads, and help fade existing sunspots for an even, streak-free glow. Vitamin D is known for enhancing the benefits of other vitamins and antioxidants found in the formula. Gentle enough for all skin types, vegan, and cruelty-free.
This one is a no-brainer - we know how important it is to exfoliate before self-tanning so a product that does both for you at once is genius! I like to use them before bed and wake up with smooth skin and a nice healthy glow - and I have yet to have a problem with stained sheets! My only complaint would be the smell, they are supposed to be unscented but I detect a chemical like scent - not overly strong but obvious to me.
Available at Sephora and Sephora.com.
I appreciate that there is a shade option for these - as fellow fair-complexioned ladies know, some self-tanners are just not make for us and can end up making us look unnaturally dark! This gives me a quick easy colour pick-me-up which I especially love for my legs!
If you aren't near a drugstore or live in the States and don't have access to Marcelle products you will be pleased to know that they are now available online at www.marcellecosmetics.com.
What makes them special is the smell, unlike most self tanners, these have a clean, citrus fragrance and are individually packaged for your convenience.
Available from The Shopping Channel - www.theshoppingchannel.com
Does anyone know of other options in self tanner cloths because I would love to hear about them!
