They do have a matte finish but matte polishes just highlight the fact that I am terrible at applying nail polish so I put a nice shiny top coat on mine - the more talented amongst you who do enjoy a matte finish can either skip the top coat or use a matte top coat for more lasting power!

Sometimes (most of the time) I'm not very smart - when I first applied the crushed foil texture I didn't really understand what it was going to look like and thought there was something wrong with my nails because the texture was all lumpy - I removed it all and buffed my nails thinking that maybe their texture was rough and messing the polish up... at least I'm cute...?
