If you've been avoiding overnight treatments because you don't like the idea of sleeping with greasy hair then you'll be happy to know that the product is very light and fully absorbs into the hair leaving it feeling dry and kind of powdery - and it's easy to use - 2 to 3 times a week, just work a dab through dry or towel-dried hair concentrating on any dry parts and the ends and go to bed, it won't stain your pillowcase and the wonderful scent will put you right to sleep!

If you have medium to thick hair, you don't even need to wash it out in the morning but if you are a fine-haired gal like me, you will, unless you are going for the grunge look of course...
