Day 3 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Take a 15 minute walk!
I'm absolutely convinced that spending my lunch at the mall counts - I'll quickly walk past the stores that I don't like and it will be just like cardio! How ' bout you?

Any walk would count, lol. Lots of people walk in the mall, as long as you hang on tight to your wallet :-) I have to walk to and from the bus stop, think that counts too

I'm on BMW and wouldn't change it for the world. Bus Metro Walk twice a day to work and back and believe me the bus stop is over 15 minute walk one way.
ReplyDeleteI walk to the gym which is 20 minutes away from my home and walk back, sometimes, I call my sister to come pick me up, just exhausted from daily exercises, lol
ReplyDeleteEvery day, I have a walk to the bus stop but, it's taking me 18 minutes now and I think I walk fast enough. My goal is to make it in 15 minutes without jogging.

ReplyDeleteI love walking -- I think it's great exercise, and easy to do. But I haven't done enough this winter. I will get out after dinner for a 15 minute stroll.

I went for a big walk thru the mall today for an hour and a half, walking thru the mall counts for sure, i'm exhausted when i'm done shopping

ReplyDeleteI like walking and try to walk 2-3 times a week with my husband. The fresh air does wonders but if the weather is not nice we go to the mall for a walk!!! Anytime you walk --- it's great for the health. In fact I am going for a walk right now -- thanks for the challenge :)

The only walk I had time for today was at work! Skipped the elevator every time I needed to go upstairs (several floors) which was many times today.
