Lise Watier Youthful... Day After Day Challenge - Day 23! Contest!

Day 23 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Release neck tension!
Keeping your shoulders straight, gently turn your head to the right as far as you can and hold this position for a few seconds.  Repeat the movement to the left.  repeat these movements until the tension in your neck dissipates.
When I saw today was physical health again, I was scared of what those sadists at Lise Watier had dreamed up this time but this one was a pleasant surprise and very effective!  Go ahead, it's safe!

  3. I can really feel the tension in my neck with this exercise!

  4. This is a great tip, it reminded me to keep my back straight. Yes, the lower to mid-back parts are better but what happens when a mild headache starts, I must have done it too too too fast, beath in breath out, gently.

  5. This sounds scary, as I'm scared to hurt my neck (as it's already bad as it is), maybe I can try :-)

  6. I'll have to remember to do this every day -- it feels great!
