Phenomen'Eyes Sparkles - 6 Gold Sparkles, 7 Black Sparkles, 8 Plum Sparkles - $33 - features fine pearlescent particles to dress the lashes up in shimmering radiance. It can be applied directly to the lashes or as a top coat over your usual mascara.
