This week I'm obsessed with... Mary Kay Translucent Powder!

Picking a translucent powder seems like it should be a no-brainer - it doesn't have a colour so how can you go wrong? As someone who has purchased her share of bad translucent powders, believe me you can - bad powders look white and chalky on the skin, feel gritty and have no staying power - so I am always happy to find one that is the opposite of all these bad attributes such as:

Mary Kay Translucent Powder - $18 - with a long wearing, oil and fragrance free and ultra-fine formula that eliminates shine so that makeup looks fresh all day while still feeling weightless and soft on the skin.

It produces an invisible, oil-controlling finish that my combination skin especially appreciates as well as containing light-scattering properties, designed to diffuse light and create a soft focus effect that diminishes the appearance of fine lines.

Good for all skin types even sensitive and no mussing around with colour matching - one shade really does fit all!

Available through your Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant - if you don't have one you can locate one at - www.marykay.ca or 1-866-455-5454.

  1. I sell Mary Kay. I thought I would hate the loose powder because it is white and it would make me paler than what I actually am. However, it brightened my skin tone, set my make-up and gave me an oil-free shine. Very impressed with it

  2. This is on my to try list. I really like translucent powders. I have difficulty finding powders which aren't too pink or yellow but have found colourless powders work best for me.
