It's easy to use and just takes a minute:

Apply a generous amount of the mask all over face and neck. Avoid the eye area.

Place massage applicator on chin and sweep across the jawline up toward the ear. Repeat on the other side of the jawline.

Place massage applicator at the corner of the mouth and move up along one cheek in a circular motion using the wave pattern. Repeat on the other cheek.

Glide toward the jawline and chin, meeting at the chin and reversing to the sides of the face. Move gently toward the jawline and continue down the side of the neck to finish.

Reapply product onto applicator and press button for an additional 30 seconds.

Begin at center of forehead and make small circular motions outward towards the temples. Pause at temples and circle 2-3 times. Begin again in center of forehead and repeat out toward opposite temple side.

Finish by placing massage tool between the brow area where tension lines are most visible. Move gently in up and down motion to stretch and relax the skin.
