Givenchy Teint Couture Long-Wearing Compact Foundation - $61- in 6 elegant shades contained in super-elegant compact: Elegant Porcelain 1, Elegant Shell 2, Elegant Sand 3, Elegant Beige 4, Elegant Honey 5 and Elegant Gold 6 - with an ultrasoft, ultrafine texture that offers two powders in every compact: a flesh shade plus a pink shade for a “rosy skin” effect.

What makes the texture feel so nice is the atomization technology which also gives the powder a second-skin effect with no sensation of excess buildup even though you can layer it to your heart's content. The formula also has the added benefit of antioxidant vitamin E and SPF 10.

Of course the big feature of the compact is the special brightener formulated with pink pigments and incredibly pure pearlescent particles for skin that is smooth and radiant, natural and yet glamorous, enlivened with subtle touches of light. You can mix the brightener in with the foundation and use it all over the face but I prefer to use it on it's own above my cheekbones for an extra pop of colour and brightness!
