So curious about this femMED, Tracy at Beauty Reflections just mentioned it too. Anxious to hear how it works.
ReplyDelete^ same! any other reviews about it? i think it's perfect after the festive food madness we just had!
ReplyDeleteIt works the same way all of the natural ones do - it basically just makes you feel full so you don't eat as much as well as regulating your blood sugar so you don't get the crazy cravings that cause you to overeat!
ReplyDeleteHTH!
Best, Lisamarie
I just ordered it, what the hell :) I can report back the results if you ladies like! I was always curious about these kind of products!
ReplyDeletePlease do - I'd be interested to know how it works for you! My only problem with them is you have to take them 15 minutes before eating and I always forget so my dinner ends up getting cold while I wait for it to kick in! ;-)
ReplyDeleteBest, Lisamarie
I think I'll be taking it before lunch & dinner as it says twice daily. It works for my lunch (I can time when getting food while at work) and while I'm home cooking before dinner should be good. I hate drinking water though lol. I want to see myself eating smaller portions! I'll come back to this post after 1 month and will let you know!
