I tried the light tone for my pasty white legs and it took about 5 days to start seeing noticeable colour and about 7 days to get to a colour that I liked. Once I achieved the tone I wanted, I used the lotion 2 days on and 2 days off to maintain the colour - which kept it from getting to dark for my taste or becoming patchy.

I don't know why they call it a glove when it's more like a bag... it does do an excellent job of quick body exfoliation without the mess of a scrub it would be a lot easier though if you had one on each hand so you wouldn't have to keep switching hands. They do say you can use it without shower gel for a more intense exfoliation but I found it way too harsh that way and much prefer it with a gel!
