Repairing creams for damaged and irritated (and so itchy) skin from Bioderma and A-Derma!

As I sit here covered in bug bites from this past weekend (did you know that those damned mosquitoes can even bite through jeans?!?) I am especially thankful for a couple of creams that are keeping me from going crazy with itching and I am counting on to get my skin back to it's pristine loveliness:

Bioderma Cicabio Cream - 40ml - $15.95 - a soothing, hypoallergenic, fragrance and colourant free repair cream that offers repair care for damaged irritated, non-oozing skin that accompanies every stage of epidermal reconstruction: restores the epidermis, relieves the discomfort, reduces the urge to scratch, protects the damaged skin and prevents bacterial proliferation - can be used anywhere on the face and body and is great for minor wounds, cuts, tattoos, lesions following surgery, laser treatments, insect bites and skin irritation. It has a nice, thick texture that stays where you put it and doesn't drip or feel sticky.
A-Derma Dermalibour+ Cream - 50ml - $18 - a repairing and purifying cream for irritated and damaged skin that contains soothing and repairing rhealba oat plantlet extracts, purifying copper and zinc sulfates and comforting glycerin - suitable for all areas: face, body and mucus membranes, all ages and works on everything from dry patches to diaper rash. It offers immediate and intense relief and repairs after 4 days. The hypoallergenic formula is water-resistant (stays in place through 5 hand washings), paraben and fragrance free and won't leave white marks on the skin.

Both are available now in drugstores across Canada.
