Mascara Monday - EF | Studio Mascara

EF (Essential Function) Studio Mascara - $20 - offers a true definition mascara without the harsh gimmicks that they feel can be harsh on the lashes and cause them to become brittle and fall out. Containing Vitamins A, C & E along with other nourishing moisturizers, this mascara offers beautifully defined lashes with enhanced length and fullness without compromising your own, natural lash properties.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the mascara is made in Canada - not all of their products are mind you, but this one is!

Canadians can easily get their hands on the line at ebeauty.ca but no worries for everyone else - products are available on the EF | Studio website and it looks like they ship everywhere! Check it out at www.efstudio.com.
For such a slim mascara tube the brush is surprisingly big - this worried me that it would be harder to apply as I find the bigger the brush, the clumpier the mascara is - not a single clump in this one though!
As you can see there isn't crazy length or volume - just really nice colour and definition!
If you turn the brush when applying, it will give you a bit of a curl as you can see on the right eye - but not much so if you like more curl be sure to get your lash curler out (EF | Studio actually carries a really nice one for $20)!

  2. it looks more like a natural look with the mascara... thanks for the pictures and info. For someone like me with really short eyelashes, I think I'll go for the volumizing drugstore brands instead.
