Annabelle Zebra Bronzing Pressed Powder - Haute Gold - $10.95 - once limited edition, now a permanent part of the collection. It has a light texture, slight shimmer and is oil free. The dark colour also makes a fabulous eyeshadow if you are trying to save space in your purse!
Bourjois Paris Délice de Poudre Bronzing Powder - $24 - My usual Shoppers is not one of the ones that carries the Bourjois line but I actually found this bronzer in the rack with the little bins that they have up front with all the cosmetic impulse items. At first I thought this was a chocolate bar and wondered what it was doing with the cosmetic items, it even smells like a chocolate bar! But it's actually a bronzer meant for light to medium skin tones with a very slight shimmer. The colour is incredibly sheer and flattering on me - did I mention it smells like chocolate? This one is a no-brainer!
Vapour Organic Beauty Solar Translucent Bronzer - $34 - in Mirage, Simmer and Spicy - formulated to combat the signs of aging and sun-damaged skin with moisturizing, vitamin-rich organic shea butter and sun-protecting antioxidants from pomegranate, green tea, and acai berry. In a convenient stick applicator that creates a natural, healthy glow for face and body. I already knew that I loved the Vapour Organic Beauty line and the bronzer is no exception. The formula is incredibly light so it feels no heavier then wearing a powder bronzer. This would be an ever better choice then powder if your skin tends to be dry as their are some moisturizing benefits to it - but even on combination skin it was extremely comfortable and the colour is very sheer and natural looking! You can find the Vapour line at The Shopping Channel and on their website.
Summer may almost be over but luckily your sun-kissed looking skin doesn't need to be!

Thanks Maricela! That's actually one of the ones I tried in part 1 - I found it a bit too dark for me which probably explains why Bourjois was too light for you! ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes Kelsey, get your hands on the Annabelle one, so pretty and very reasonably priced!
Best, Lisamarie
I always swatch that Bourjois bronzer when I see it in store, and I swear one day I will actually pick it up - even if it's solely because it looks like chocolate :D
