Guerlain's spring collection is the reason that spring tends to be my favourite season for makeup - so much beautiful colour! All of the limited edition items in this collection are beautiful and the only trouble you will have is deciding which ones to get! On top of that, Guerlain is one of those brands that I really appreciate for their luxe packaging - you can tell a lot of thought and care go into it!
Blush G Série Noire - $76 - Limited Edition - I love this palette so much - the combination of colours are good for everything from a healthy glow to full on blush - the top coral colour just makes me happy!
Rouge G Série Noire - $50 - Limited Edition - in 4 shades: 70 Dazzle Fuchsia, 71 Dazzle Rose, 24 Rouge Sensual and 45 Orange Euphoric - this packaging is just freaking brilliant - not only will your lipstick never come apart in your purse (a pet peeve of mine) but you don't have to hunt around for a mirror either, there is a good sized one right there attached to the cap!
Ecrin 6 Couleurs - $90 - Limited Edition - Rue de Rivoli - I love the versatility of this palette having subtle, bright and dark colours all together so you can mix and match depending on what you are doing with the rest of your face. I also think the mirrored flap that covers the shadows is very clever and so much easier then trying to hang on to the flimsy piece of plastic that you normally get to cover your shadows!
Météorites Poudre de Perles - $66 - in 3 shades: Teint Rose, Teint Beige and Teint Dore
KissKiss Gloss - $34 - in 3 colours: 849 Frizzy Mango - pearly coral, 850 Moka Shake - warm brown and 867 Rosy Plum - intense plum
Ombre Eclat 1 Couleur - $40 - in 3 colours: 143 L'Instant d'une Etreinte - iridescent white, 186 L'Instant d'une Ondée - flannel grey and 187 L'Instant d'un Soupir - intense bronze
Available tomorrow at Guerlain's Boutiques, Holt Renfrew, Ogilvy, Murale, The Bay, Sears, select Shoppers Drug Marts and select Sephora stores.
Are any of these on your must have list? How are you liking the spring collections so far?
Lisamarie - the happiest day of my life was the day Sephora opened it's first store in Canada (thankfully in Toronto), second happiest day was before this when Sephora finally started shipping to Canada, third I guess would be my wedding day (but don't tell my husband where he ranks please!)
*** Christelle - I enjoy shoe shopping and drinking martinis...preferably at the same time!
