Buying makeup never made you feel so good! Marcelle and Jenn Heil get together for Because I am a Girl!

Regular readers already know that we are big Marcelle fans around here and it makes us love them just a little bit more when we hear about great new collaborations like this one: Marcelle and their brand ambassador, two-time Olympic medalist Jennifer Heil have joined forces to support Plan Canada's "Because I am a Girl" initiative. "Because I am a Girl" addresses gender inequality and promotes girls' rights all in an effort to help eliminate global poverty.  It’s a social movement to unleash the power of girls and women to claim a brighter future for girls in the developing world (www.becauseiamagirl.ca).

Jennifer Heil, also an ambassador for "Because I am a Girl", has set a goal to raise one million dollars for the initiative, and Marcelle is supporting her goal.  For a limited time, when you buy any of Marcelle’s three best-selling products, $0.50 will be donated to "Because I am a Girl".  The three products are available at the majority of pharmacies and some retail stores across Canada that sell Marcelle products, and are easily recognizable in their special pink packaging.
