OPI Blue Shatters with a bonus Navy Shatter swatch!

It seems like everyone cannot get themselves enough shatter these days and lucky for them, OPI has just come out with three new blue ones in Blue, Navy and Turquoise! 
I will admit that I found this one to be the most difficult to get it to shatter properly out of all the ones I have used so far.  I think the problem was I wasn't letting the base coat dry completely first!

    I haven't tried OPI crackle polishes yet, but I am liking this blue one very much! Thanks for sharing!
