  21. My best advice: Wear sunscreen even if your not going to be under the sun, apply it when 5 minutes before going out in the morning or in the afternoon, if is sunny use an umbrella if you are walking or in public transportation. And don't forget sunglasses skin is very sensitive around the eyes and ages easily.

    1.drink lots of fresh water.
    2. If your regular moisturizer with SPF is too heavy for your skin, skip the moisturizer and just use a sunscreen. Don't ever skip this (except at night, LOL).
    3. If you exercise outdoors, such as walking or running, try to do it after 7pm, as the sun is setting.

As for the question, "What is your best warm weather/summer beauty tip?" , I'd have to say that it is IMPERATIVE to constantly drink fluids throughout the course of the day whether thirsty or not. Many times, when the weather is warm, if one isn't sweating or doesn't feel thirsty, they simply don't drink fluids. I have done this on numerous occasions and have paid a heavy price. This is the easiest way to get Heat Stroke, which is extremely dangerous and can even cause death. Further, keeping the body well hydrated keeps your whole body functioning at it's best, keeps food moving throughout your system, and helps to avoid issues such as constipation. Water is also essential for keeping the skin well hydrated, plumped, helps to move toxins through your body so they're excreted faster from the body, which takes stress off your organs such as your liver, which is responsible for ridding the body of toxins. And a healthier, better functioning body equates to a more beautiful, healthier body on the outside.

  86. I follow through GFC as Sherry Brooks and subscribe by email at crystesmom (at) yahoo (dot) com. I also follow on Fb as Lynn Brooks. My best summer makeup tips are to always use plenty of sunscreen, stay in the shade as much as possible, and be sure to keep myself well-hydrated. I also suggest keeping makeup minimal during the day and using more natural shades, as they are much easier to fix should they run from the heat, use water-resistant products as much as possible and keep blotting sheets handy at all times. I personally find that using a little Milk of Magnesia as a primer, even on my eyelids keep the oil and sweat from breaking through and helps to keep my makeup from "migrating" as well as keeping everything from fading. A spritzer of floral water also helps the face to "keep it's cool". Actually, I can think of a lot more tips here, but am to lazy to make this post even longer!
