This week I'm obsessed with... Saryna Key Hair Therapy African Shea Butter Damage Repair!

Shea butter is such a good moisturizer for the hair but I have never been a big fan of it in large concentrations because it always seems to smell weird to me. Until I was introduced to Saryna Key Hair Therapy products that is.

With 27 products in 4 different collections: damage control; curl control; colour lasting; and volume lift - the Israeli produced products are based on shea butter and contain a high concentration of keratin, essential amino acids as well as an abundance of minerals, proteins and vitamins A, E and F that are found in the shea nut's core.

With all that shea going on, this stuff should smell terrible to me and yet I love it - I suspect my olfactory glands had a long talk with my hair and they worked something out for the good of everyone!

With the weather being warmer now, you would think my hair would be in much better shape but between the sun, wind and humidity it still has it's challenges so I was most interested in the Damage Repair Collection consisting  of a Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave In Moisturizer, Oil and my particular favourite:

Saryna Key Hair Therapy African Shea Butter Damage Repair - 500ml - $55 - with an advanced formula produced from the shea nut that treats, repairs and restores hair from root to end. Contains high concentrations of vitamin A, E and F, amino acids and keratin, creating a unique complex that restores hair to its healthiest state.

You can use it like your typical mask - applying to hair after shampooing and then rinsing out after 5 minutes but I like to apply it before getting in the bath and stick a shower cap over it so it heats up a bit and can really soak in to my hair and do it's thing. Afterwards my hair is so soft and silky it's ridiculous!

You can find Saryna Key products at over 300 hair salons across Canada as well as Trade Secrets - check out www.tradesecrets.ca and www.sarynakeycanada.com for more info and to find a location near you!
