Lise Watier Youthful... Day After Day Challenge - Day 13! Contest!


Day 13 - NUTRITION - Omega-3 Day!
Plan one meal rich in Omega-3 essential oils (e.g. eggs, fish, etc.)

I'm going to go with eggs because looking at that fish eye and brussel sprouts, makes me want to hurl!

I agree with the fish eye, which is why I go with eggs & use an Omega 3 supplement

I think I'd rather take a supplement. I don't like fish or eggs!

After the bad press Omega-3 supplements have received, I'm not sure if I want to use them anymore. Best to stick with salmon.

I fix a "fish meal" at least once a week. I usually have grilled tilapia or salmon fillets, no eyes!

I make my own muffins adding eggs & walnuts, eat salmon cooked or/and raw, take supplements and yes, I did find a difference in my moods!

I love everything in the picture and I also take Krill Oil supplements.

A piece of fish fillet wouldn't hurt, and you don't have to see any eye :-)
