Day 23 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Release neck tension!
Keeping your shoulders straight, gently turn your head to the right as far as you can and hold this position for a few seconds. Repeat the movement to the left. repeat these movements until the tension in your neck dissipates.
When I saw today was physical health again, I was scared of what those sadists at Lise Watier had dreamed up this time but this one was a pleasant surprise and very effective! Go ahead, it's safe!

ReplyDeleteThis is a great tip, it reminded me to keep my back straight. Yes, the lower to mid-back parts are better but what happens when a mild headache starts, I must have done it too too too fast, beath in breath out, gently.
